Our Gins...

At Paper Mill Distillery we take a culinary approach to recipe development, which leads us to produce gins that introduce new flavour profiles.

Our flagship London Dry gin, Mill 630, is firmly rooted in the traditions of gin production. Juniper-led for those who prefer a classic style.

For our contemporary gins we take inspiration from our location in the Staffordshire Moorlands to create ourHeath Gin, but also look to the Mediterranean and India to create our Verde - Old Tom Gin, Sumor Gin and Chai Gin.
